Pricing questions

What is a credit?
Credits are what AI generation costs. A drawing extraction is 5 credits, a full construction specification is 10, and a trade scope package is 8 — so a complete package for one project is about 23 credits. Editing, exporting, and everyday project management do not consume credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your projects and documents stay fully accessible — only new AI generation pauses. You can buy a one-time credit pack at any time, or move to a larger monthly plan.
Do credits expire?
Credits from one-time packs do not expire. Monthly plan credits are granted with each billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the current billing period.
Is there a setup cost?
No. Setting up your builder standards and finish levels is part of using the platform and does not carry a separate fee.
